We are honored to share that Phycin has been awarded the 2026 Commercialization Award from the Maryland Stem Cell Research Fund (MSCRF).
This recognition comes at an exciting time as we continue to advance Ultrastable bFGF™, our engineered growth factor designed to address some of the biggest challenges in cell culture and regenerative medicine: stability, performance, and cost.
Over the past few years, our team has engineered a recombinant growth factor that are more stable and potent than conventional market-alternative bFGF products. The goal is simple: provide researchers and industry partners with a more reliable growth factor to support stem cell culture, regenerative medicine, cultivated meat production, and cosmetic applications.
The support from MSCRF will help accelerate our commercialization efforts, expand product validation, and bring this technology closer to the scientists and innovators who need it most.
